Roberts, and I investigated the oirounstances involved in the S/15/63 accident to Mr. Halter D. Bowta in the Blok Press Department. Mr. Baker pointed out that the accident was produced when Mr. Bowen stepped on the stripper treadle and caught his finger between the stripper and the upper plate as the die was being stripped.
