Aid by developing guide lines to minimize complaints and resolve
to complainant's satis faction that we care and or will take cor rective action. Aid in developing and updating all operating procedures which will min imize chances for water pollution complaints. All pollution complaints investigated personally. (Document monthly pollution report.) Maintain "good neighbor" contacts with plant neighbors to try to gain insight into future plant problems. Maintain working relations with city treatment plant personnel.
