To this end, the Council should request all m em bers to.provide any in fo r m ation they m ay have as to studies being m ade of these p ro b lem s, visits from research groups, and so on. R epair Y ards T here are som e obvious d iffe ren c es of opinion on this m at te r, and th erefo re it is recom m ended that a survey sim ila r to that m ade in 1963 should again be m ade to determ in e the p re se n t p ositio n of the individual m em bers of the Council on this question.
