The Committee ratified and approved the investments made during the week ended January 31, 1966, as set forth in the list attached to and made a part of these minutes. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, it was RESOLVED, That the President or a Vice President of this Company be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of this Company a Special Power of Attorney authorizing H. H. Heath to cause the regis tration, enrollment or other documentation of the vessel known as the "BAROID RANGER" and to do any and all things and to execute any and all documents in connection therewith; and the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary be and he hereby is authorized and directed to affix the seal of this Company to said Special Power of Attorney and to attest the same. H. Upon motions each duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following resolutions were adopted: RESOLVED that NATIONAL LEAD COMPANY be authorized to sign and submit the bid or proposal of this corpo ration for the following project Anchors Expansion and to include in such bid or proposal the certificate as to non-collusion required by section one hundred three-d of the general municipal law as the act and deed of such corporation, and for any inaccuracies or misstatements in such certificate this corporate bidder shall be liable under the penalties of perjury. RESOLVED that A. F. Podesta be authorized to sign and submit the bid or proposal of 4,000# Lead Alloy Ingot for the following project Req. No. ACS #21 Central Shops and to include in such bid the certificate as to non-collusion required by sect-ioiv twenty-six hundred four of the Public Authorities Law as the act and deed of such corporation, and for any inaccuracies or mis statements in such certificate this corporate bidder shall be liable under the penalties of perjury.
