Following the successful procedure within the CCIEP SG Chemical Products (many thanks to the colleagues and their fast and supportive input), just finalized a couple of minutes ago, can we ask you to subtuit the annexed AOB-note to the CCIEP Plenary for their approval (urgent written procedure - 6h).
After the confirmation of their approval we aim to subtuit this note to the DGE-secretary still today.

Many thanks for the timely provided remarks. As some of them were not compatible we needed to make some choices.
In annexe the clean version we propose for the silence procedure (running untill tomorrow 10u30).
We allo add some clarifying versions answering suggestion provided by Simon and DGEM.

We tried to include the remarks we received in the adapted version of our proposed AOB-note for the Council of 24/10/22.
Following the suggestions of
we provide the possibility to send us your approval or your
eventual track changes in the annexed clean version (joined by motivating remarks). To be able to finalize
the proposed AOB note in time, please transmit your input replying to this mail before 17:30 today.
A new version will then be submitted to you (by means of a silence procedure ending tomorrow 10:00).
