Dear DrNofsingert I am now in receipt of report from Dr K ehoe covering his review of the record in the case of I am transmitting herewith for your information a copy of this report, I think you will recall that at the time of our last hearing, I informed you that this report when received would be made a part of the record. I also informed you that the report itself would not be regarded by me as conclusive in the matter, but would be for con sideration along with the remainder of the evidence. If your brother and yourself desire to offer further evidence in rebuttal of the opinion expressed by Dr. Kehoe, you have this right and privilege. This might be done by further testimony q T your own, if you wish, or you could yourself submit the record to any specialist whom you might wish to select, and his opinion would be submitted for consideration. If this latter course is adopted, and the employer would wish to question such physician, this could be arranged for by deposition, no matter where the physician might be located. After consideration will you kindly advise roe as to your wishes in the matter. I am also sending copy of this letter to Mr. Rouse together with a copy of Dr. Kehoe's opinion.
