Mr. J. G. Gonzalez, Ethyl Corporation, Chrysler Building, New York City 1?
Dear Julian:
In response to your letter of March 12 concerning the Vita-Meter Corporation, this is to let you know that I am in current contact with this group, and with several of the people of Ethyl Corpora tion who are directly concerned with these developments. An experimental program on all aspects of the problem is being worked out, and I trust that it will be possible In a very short time to work all of this out satisfactorily. At present I am in a state of some confusion as to just what part the Detroit Laboratory and this Laboratory are to play in the picture, since it appears that things are moving a little too rapidly, xiowever, the Vita-Meter people have asked for my advice, and have also consulted freely with Calingaert and others about certain aspects of the matter. I think we shall soon be able to see the matter clearly and to inform everybody as to what should be done and how it is to be done.
Sincerely yours,
RAK ef Dictated but not read.
