I do not think we should write to Mr. Bsts.it as Information of this kind in writing should emanate .from their head office in Toronto* This same subject was cov ered in writing to Imperial Oil Limited on March 8, 1946 and I am sending you herewith two copies of that letter to gether with copies of letter we wrote to the Service Station Equipment Company, Ltd., Toronto, Canada* ` X see no objection to Mr. Penrose letting Mr*Betalt rpad these letters, nor do I see any objection to Mr. Penrose showing these letters to the interested party of Shell Oil Co. of B.
