EXCESS EMISSIONS f61.70 (c) (1)] Under this section, parts A, B, and C do not apply as indicated in our March 15, 1979 semiannual report for the reasons listed therein. The solvent and monomer recovery system operations are the same as described in this previous report and will not be repeated here. There were no emergency releases of VCM during this reporting period. II. CONTINUOUS STRIPPING rs'61.70 (c) (2)1 The description of our monomer stripping system has been previously submitted in the semiannual report dated March 15, 1979. This process was shut down for inventory control approximately 10 weeks during this reporting period. There was one Ati value of 217 ppm for September 19, 1982, but all the other values for this period were below 30 ppm in relation to the 400 ppm limit specified in the regulation.
