He says that the EG budget, 706K, is what we have to use. The original budget was 1.618. We have not been able to reconstruct the change. According to my calculations, we have already spent 1,043,425 this year. We are already over the EG 706K. Mike will talk with Susan Melloan on Thursday to get a decision from the PBU as to whether they wish to go ahead and pay the 514K, the second half of the 1+M invoice for Shanghai, this year or not. After that decision, I will provide a new 2003 EG tox budget and adjust the 04 budget accordingly.
