V. Humphrey 100 acre tract situated in Nueces County, Texas, about one and onehalf miles west of the County Courthouse, known and described as follows: Beginning at a point formerly marked by a cedsr post but now by a drill hole in the concrete base of a fence corner post on the west comer of ssid Humphrey/lOO-acre tract and south comer cf a tract known as the Compton Tract, for the west comer of this tract; thence north 31 41' 45" east with the northwest boundary line of said Humphrey 100-acre tract and southeast boundary line of said Compton tract, and southeast boundary line of a 40-acre trrct Known as the C.
