Summary
Three bulk samples coded 112-031-101-A to C Cakes from Palos Conminlty Hospital, Palos Hts., IL, were analyzed for chair chemical composition. All the samples vere like having the folloving composition:
10Z chrysotlle asbestos fiber, 79Z gypsum and the balance vas vermiculite.
Based on the analytical results, it is concluded that these samples had the; same Ingredients of MK-3, but the gypsum content was much higher than the standard MR-3 formulation.

Acid Dissolution The samples were digester in 1 liter of hot 0.75N HC1 for 1^ hours.

Conclusion
All three samples are alike, they have the folloving composition:
102 chrysotile fiber, 792 binder as gypsum and lit vermiculite (by difference).

Based on the analytical results, it is concluded that these samples have the same ingredients as MK-3, but the gypsum content is much higher (152 or more) than the standard MR formulation.
