Sierra Club FOIA Request: 2025-EPA-04193 ED_018475D_00003634-00001 SC_FOIA_0001309 On behalf of myself and RFA CEO Geoff Cooper, we would request a meeting with the both of you to discuss the options for emergency waivers this summer and also to discuss options regarding the pending list of small refinery exemptions. We have some ideas on both of these issues and would like to share them with you.
