Good news - Please ask Mr. Horton to come to the main registration table and ask for Jan Nooney. She will work to get him in (most likely on Wednesday).

I am Bill Raney and I am with the West Virginia Coal Association and I am scheduled to speak at the hearing on Tuesday morning. I was given your all's names for requesting additional slots to appear at the hearing for those who were not able to request before the deadline. I received a call from Mr. Roger Horton who represents a large number of UMWA coal miners, their families and residents of the WV coal fields. He was unable to make the request on time to be scheduled. Please let me know what information I need to provide to you to determine if it is possible to include Roger. Thanks so much and we look forward to seeing you all on Monday or Tuesday. Please let us know if we can assist with anything while you are our guests.
