As I explained, among the factors we wish to include in our analysis is con sideration of the potential influence on the apparent temporal trend due to the itineraries of the Mobile Examination Centers. From our conversation, I understand that disclosure of the place of residence or sampling of a blood lead subject along with the other data on the tape you supplied is subject to confidentiality considerations intended to protect subject anonymity. However, I understand further that NCHS may conclude that such data could be disclosed for subjects from areas with populations of 100,000 or greater without violating confidentiality considerations or compromising anonymity. Accordingly, I request that you determine to what extent the data on blood lead subject residence or sampling location can be provided to us along with the other data you already have provided.
