Fire, Entry and Special Permit Procedure The elimination of leadman' s signature on permits has been reviewed with operating and maintenance field personnel. A statement on the policy change will be issued by Tom Ryan to be conveyed to all personnel. This change in procedure will take effect March 18, 1985. Ex-Battery Limits Pipelines This issue has been settled and the original document with a few revisions will be followed. Exceptions to the policy will be defined by Manufacturing and Distribution and conveyed to their personnel. B. Chemical Matrix Data Chemical matrix data sheets will be developed for units and labora tories. These will be reviewed by a committee to assure uniformity. Sheets will then be displayed in high visibility locations for use by all personnel. C. Instrument PM Lists Reviews are now taking place. Updated lists will be made available to all necessary personnel. D. Annual Safety and Housekeeping Inspection Action items need to be reviewed and a status report given at next month's PMSB. E. Painting of Safety Shower/Eyebath An estimate was made of the cost of painting safety showers and eyebaths in the plant with high visibility fluorescent green paint. The cost for this work would be approximately $50,000 for the plant (over 400 units). PMSB approval given. Information will be disseminated to the units concerning this. /dgb R. T.
