Primeau Attached is the March 1974 Material Balance for the Escambia PVC Plant. This is the second month this balance has been run and the first month of reasonably complete data. Calculations were made based on averages of data collected. Improvement in the analyses and flows will still he worked on so that accuracy can be improved. Hopefully data from continuous sam pling of the dryer vents, the blend tank vent, and the condensor vent will be used for about one-half of the April Balance when the Bendix Unit in the Finishing Building is operable. The overall balance for March shows an unaccounted loss of PVC-VC1 of 1. 90%. This is an improvement in accountability over February by . 7%.
