DOC# 9S3519 CORRECTED AND AMENDED SPECIAL WARRANTY DEEP THIS CORRECTED AND AMENDED SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is made as of the 8th day of August, 1995, between SOUTHWESTERN REFINING COMPANY, INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal offices at 1700 Nueces Bay Boulevard., City of Corpus Christi, County of Nueces, State of Texas ("Seller") to KOCH FUELS, INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal offices at 4111 East 37th Street North, Wichita, County of Sedgwick, State of Kansas 67220 ("Purchaser"). Specifically, Seller in the Deed (i) erroneously conveyed to Purchaser Lot 8, Block 1 of Sunset Place where only the north one-half of such Lot should have been conveyed to Purchaser, (ii) inadvertently excluded from such conveyance a strip of land out ofthe westerly side of Lot 19, Block 24, Nueces Bay Heights, and (iii) inadvertently excluded from such conveyance the south one-half of Lot 10, Block 1, Sunset Place; and WHEREAS, Purchaser and Seller desire to correct and amend the Deed by executing and filing of record this Corrected and Amended Special Warranty Deed. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS (SI 0.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Purchaser, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
