Please take a look at the attached analysis.... Given that his first simplifying assumption (that we are dealing with PFOA not APFO) seems to be a big stretch, what other comments do you have on the methodolgy and accuracy of this analysis. We received this from Solvay, without a time for comment
After you have had a chance to look at this, please let me know when I can get your comments in person or over the phone.

Long-range atmospheric transport of PFOA
As agreed at the 28 February 2002 meeting of the APME "APPO/PPOA" ad hoc WG, I have prepared the attached screening assessment of the potential for long-range transport of PFOA emitted to the atmosphere.
The physical property data for PFOA used in this study are those found in the literature. Xf any of the APME/SPX member- companies have additional
data which they are able to provide, X will be glad. to revise my paper
accordingly, if necessary.
