2 A Yes. I went to undergraduate college at a
3 place called Eastern Washington University, which is a
4 small college relatively close to Spokane, Washington,
5 which is in eastern Washington.
6 I went there from 1961 to 1965, and
7 graduated with a degree, B.A. degree in chemistry.
8 I then attended the University of Washington
9 School of Medicine in Seattle, from September of 1965
10 to June of 1969, and received an M.D. degree in June
11 of 1969.
12 I did a straight pathology internship at the
13 University Hospital in Seattle from July of 1969 to
14 June of 1970.
15 I then entered the University of Washington
16 affiliated residency program in pathology, where I was
17 trained as a pathologist, and I was in that program
18 from July of 1970 through September of 1973.
