Gardiner who preaided, and Mr. M. H. Merritt reported the mlantea of the meeting. The alautee of the meeting of September 2b were read and approved. Mr. Gardiner reported that approval bad been received on the application for an addition to ear T.S.P. White Lead unit. On motion made by Mr. Vilaon and aeeoaded by Mr. Beevea, it waa unanimously BESQLf&Dt That The Pennsylvania Company for lasurancea on Lives and Granting Annuities as a designated depository of this corporation bo and it (including its oorreapendent banka) ia hereby requested, authorised and directed to honor cheeks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money drawn in thia corporation * a name, including those drawn to the individual order of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon as signer or signora thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signature of the followings ^ J. V. Gardiner, dr.. President and The Pennsylvania Company for Insurances on Lives and Granting Annuities (including its correspondent banka) shall be entitled to honor and to charge this corporation for all such shocks, drafts or other orders, regardless of by whom or by what moans the facsimile signature thereon may have boon affined thereto, if such facsimile signature resembles the facsimile specimen duly certified to or filed with the Pennsylvania Company for Insurances on Lives and Granting Anauitles by the Seretary or other officer of this corporation.
