Spano At a meeting on August 25, the committee studying polychlorinated biphenyls in the environment appointed the above-named individuals, and myself, to compose a "Task Force." Responsibility of the task force is to outline a future program to be pursued by Monsanto in the manu facturing, marketing and customer use of Arodors. The task force will make their recommendations to the full PCB committee by September 15. Chairman of the committee will be Elmer P. Wheeler and secretary Paul B. Hodges.
