I feel that remembering Morrie Joselow as a pioneer and hard worker in industrial hygiene is appropriate. Morrie and I were friends for many years and certainly I mourn his passing and miss his contributions and counsel. I am forwarding your letter to the Executive Committee of the Board and including it on our October agenda. I cannot however, be very optimistic as to what action the Board will take. We seem to be having an increased number of special awards, memorials, plaques and other tributes. We may wish to set up a special program just for that or publish notice of the awards somehow.
