|... we put a finger in the wind, reporting on a survey from the group Climate Hawks Vote showing lawmakers' reactions to EPA's proposal to repeal the Clean Power Plan (CPP) are "substantially more muted" than responses to President Donald Trump's {June announcement that he intends to leave the Paris climate agreement.

{An in climate risk news, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is doubting the link between {climate change and more extreme hurricanes, charging that a recent federal climate {science report does not discuss a "cause and effect" relationship, though he says {such storms might be "enhanced in some way" by climate change.
