All prices herein quoted supersede all prior quotations and are subject to change without notice.
Special Stocking Terms: Invoices covering stock orders for six or more furnaces, shipped at one time on or prior to June 30th, 1940, will mature for payment June 30th, 1940, under our regular terms.
General Terms, Guarantee, etc.
Taxes: To the prices and terms quoted add any Manufacturers' or Sales Tax payable on the transaction under any effective statute.
Transportation Claims: The responsibility of this Company ceases upon delivery of goods in good order to transportation companies. As all goods are shipped at buyer's risk, they should be examined carefully before he signs delivery receipts. If carrier tenders delivery of goods in bad order, buyer should insist on carrier's agent making notation of condition on delivery re* ceipt thus enabling buyer to secure prompt payment of transportation claims which may be filed by him for value of the damaged material.
Orders: All orders are accepted subject to labor stoppages, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.
Guarantee: Our goods are guaranteed only to the extent of furnishing by freight new parts for any found defective in manufacture. No claim for labor in replacing broken or defective parts or consequential damage wilt be allowed. All replacement parts for material claimed defective will be invoiced in the usual manner, such invoice being subject to adjustment after alleged defective material has been returned to the Plant for inspection. No materials are to be returned without written permission.
Claims: No claims under the above guarantee, or for variances from or shortages in orders will be allowed, unless presented within sixty (60) days after receipt of goods.
Refurned Goads: Good material of standard manufacture must not be returned for credit without first securing written permission, and when so returned will be subject to a deduction of 10 percent (10^) for rehandling, and all transportation charges, including freight and cartage, will be paid by shipper.
Materials made on special order are not subject to return.

SUNBEAM AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ALL TYPES, (HUMIDIFIERS, AUXILIARY WATER HEATER COILS AND AIR CONDITIONING CON TROLS WHEN SHIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING UNITS), will be shipped in accordance with following terms:
CARLOAD SHIPMENTS FROM FACTORY To Railroad Points of Destination East of the Eastern boundaries of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas, and North of the Southern boundaries of Missouri, Kentucky and Virginia, including all towns on such boundary lines. F.O.B. Elyria, Ohio, with full freight allowed.
To Railroad Points of Destination beyond these boundaries. F.O.B. Elyria, Ohio, with full freight allowed to these boundaries.
LESS THAN CARLOAD SHIPMENTS FROM FACTORY To Railroad Points of Destination in All States F.O.B. Elyria, Ohio, with actual carload rate of freight only, not to exceed 50c per 100 lbs., allowed. No freight allowance will be made on shipments of repair parts.
LESS THAN CARLOAD SHIPMENTS FROM WAREHOUSES To Railroad Points of Destination in All States F.O.B. warehouses with no freight allowed.
HUMIDIFIERS, AUXILIARY WATER HEATER COILS AND AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLS, WHEN SHIPPED SEPARATELY F.O.B. Elyria, Ohio, or F.O.B. warehouses with no freight allowance.
CARTAGE AND TRUCK DELIVERY TERMS: At our option, truck delivery to job may be substituted in lieu of freight delivery to railroad point of destination. At customer's request, truck delivery to job will be made where service is available, and customer will be charged with the excess cartage, where truck rate exceeds rail rate.
ARCOFLAME OIL BURNERS AND BURNER CONTROLS Arcoflame Oil Burners and Controls, when not shipped as part of Series 1100 Air Condi tioning Units, will be shipped in accordance with following freight terms.F.O.B. Plant at Buffalo, N. Y., or F.O.B. warehouses with no freight allowances. EXCEPTIONS: An added charge for freight, as indicated, will be made on shipments from the following warehouses: KANSAS CITY: Si .00 per Burner, SAN FRANCISCO and SEATTLE: $1.50 per Burner, DENVER: $3.00 per Burner. No freight allowance will be made on shipments of Arcoflame Oil Burner Repairs when shipped from Plants or Warehouses.
GAS WATER HEATERS F.O.B. point of manufacture, Buffalo, N. Y., with octuol freight not to exceed $1,00 per hundred pounds, allowed; or F.O.B. Warehouses with actual freight not to exceed $1.00 per hundred pounds, allowed, based on Buffalo, N. Y., as shipping point.

OIL BURNER dealer should furnish and wire according to wiring diagram furnished by oil burner manufacturer, all controls he furnishes regularly, with the exception of the thermostat, and limit switch.
Zone control equipment should not be used with an oil burner employing the constant variable flame principle.
WHEN STOKER FIRED
STOKER dealer should supply Hold Fire Control. WHEN ORDERING CONTROLS, specify make of etroker and stoker controls to be used, and the namaor number by which the manufacturer identifies the controls. For example: "Freeman Stoker with Minneapolls-Honeywell R-1S3-A Stoker Relay." We will be able to supply, in most cases, a complete wiring diagram which will show the proper method of wiring both our controls and stoker controls. Zone control equipment should not be used with a stoker employing the variable coal feed principle.
