Dear Don:
In the most recent Occupational Safety & Health Reporter, there is a brief comment quoting Dr. Selikoff regarding mesotheliomas. Apparently several cases have been noted in automobile repair workers. I don't know whether you would like to bring this to the attention of the Midas management.
Additionally, in thinking of product liability, do we needto look upon the Friction Products brakes as requiring any label regarding potential haeard? You will recall in the dynamometer testing of the brakes in Mahwah some years ago, that the highest levels of asbestos were found in the cheapest brakes, the best quality delivering the least asbestos pollution.
