Install insulation supports as needed to prevent insulation from felling from under metal jack 3. Instati corrugated metal patches over approximately 65 exposed asbestos locations on thethr 4. Instatinew oonugated metal over 5 large area exposed insulationareas 5. Instafl 20 circumferential bands where bands have broken or as needed for 5 large area patch 6. Completely replace chicken wire and mastic on top head of A-2 7. Send out bulk samples for analysis a UTlarge exposed bands of she8 on Tower A-1 and check tmin no other work, leave shell exp9. Removeloose Insulation ring flange on A-1 which is near falling. 10.
