Dear Mr. Dies:
The attached latter from Art Fischer, E. St.lauis, to Homer Tetman was sent on to me.
Mr. Fischer indicates he is getting no help from the local lead companies with his present problem but this is hard to believe, knowing of your interest in this special type of problem. I wonder if he has actually contacted any of your people or any other lead company represent ative in the area.
In any event, can you contact Mr. Fischer and attempt to find out how you or the Association can be of assistance.
We 8hall be glad to do anything we can and if Homer Tetxoan can help, I know he will be glad to act as our consultant for a few days.
I thought it advisable to notify Aubrey Callis of Federated of the situation and I have written him a similar letter.
Sincerely yours.
