(Yamaha) EPA ID No.: TNR0001217884 Dear Lisa Hughey: On July 19, 2023, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), along with the Tennessee Department of Environmental and conservation (TDEC) conducted a CEI at Yamaha facility located in Rockford, Tennessee, to determine the facility's compliance status with RCRA and applicable regulations. Enclosed is the EPA RCRA Inspection Report. Deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the CEI. Corresponding data has been entered into RCRAInfo and this matter is being referred to the TDEC for further review. Please follow-up with the Yamaha facility, to ensure the deficiencies have been addressed and update RCRAInfo with corresponding information. Pursuant to the Hazardous Waste Civil Enforcement Response Policy, the facility appears to be a secondary violator.
