In order to insure first-chs* reiult*, we recommend that you secure the service* of a reliable painter lor doing this work. The cost will depend largely upon the condition of the floor, but it will be much let* than the cost of oil cloth or linoleum. `The Model Floor,*' finished according to our process, with a few rug* artistically arranged,- present* a striking and beautiful appearance, giving the effect of hardwood, and is far superior in appearance to a punted floor. Ask your painter to use Jap-alx Floor and Interior Vnrulih (Natural), which is the most durable finish for this class of work, and dries with a hard, tough surface that is imper vious to water and will not scratch or mar white. Your floors finished in this manner should be given a coat of Japa-lac Floor and Interior Varnish (Natural) at least onre a year, to preserve their beauty and durability. *' NOTE A few brushful* of JAP-A-LAC FLOOR AND IN TERIOR VARNISH (Natural) applied occasionally on your floors (whether hard or soft wood), in front of doorway* and other place* subject to hard wear, will prevent the varnish from wearing through to the wood and disfiguring the most beautiful floor.
