As soon as the work is completed to the satisfaction of all concerned, the invoices should be paid locally without reference to this office. However, a copy should be serrt to New York for recording. Also, you are to note the expiration date of the insurance. Should the work continue beyond the date shown be sure to obtain an extension to protect the company until the work is completed.
