Present were: District Manager Diane Friez, Field Manager Todd Yeager, Fire Mgt. Officer Eric Lepisto, Supervisory Minerals Resource Specialist Shane Findlay, Public Affairs Spc. Mark Jacobsen. Lesley was provided an information packet with BLM program brochures, the most recent Miles City Dispatch Center Fire Report, a map of the Lodgpole Complex bum area, a copy of the BLM WSA Manual 6330 and the BLM 2014 & 2016 Annual Reports. Discussion centered on fire resource ordering and firefighting as it related to the Lodgepole Complex (and its two associated WSAs), fire funding and budget, fire fuels management projects and budget, funding needs, rehab/fencing work and BLM permittee relations. She expressed a desire to tour some MCFO project areas during a later visit (by herself or the new field rep stationed in Billings; Ms. Snapp). The visit lasted a little over 1 hour. Mark E.
