INC. who was the general contractor for the construction of
the Queens General Hospital, under Contract Ho.102392 and the
moneys due and to "become due from the said. John Kennedy &
Company, Inc. to fuller & MoOsman Inc. who was the subcon
tractor of the said John Kennedy & Company Inc. the said lien
being for the sum of $7666.53 and claimed against the said
John Kennedy & Company Inc. and the said fuller & Moosman Inc.
as general contractor and subcontractor respectively, is satis
fied and does hereby consent that the same be discharged of
record.
