I am writing on behalf of Steve Chancellor, Chairman of White Stallion Energy, to request a meeting with Administrator Pruitt. White Stallion Energy is based in Evansville, Indiana, and is one of the largest producers of steam coal in the Illinois Basin.
Mr. Chancellor would like to thank the Administrator for his outstanding leadership during the first 100 days of the Administration, and also discuss several regulations that are adversely impacting the coal industry. Mr. Chancellor is available early next week, May 8-10th, which I recognize is very short notice. If those dates don't work, please let me know the Administrator's availability during the month of May.
