RESENT FACILITIES: There is presently no equipment being used for cooling or ventilation other ban dust control systems and fans. Willow operators are required to wear company furnished cover- 11s for dust control. These suits, coupled with the lack of conditioned air and humidity, make bis area's working conditions too hot and humid for the operators. As a result, employees are ->t staying on this job. Correct and consistent operation of the willow by experienced workers is Ltal to "Transite" production. 10P0SED FACILITIES: It is proposed to install an air conditioning unitcooling outside air, and ict this air tb the willow.
