Riley Stoker is in the business of designing, manufacturing and erecting fuel burning equipment such as boilers. 3. Riley Stoker maintains business records for each boiler it has designed, manufactured and erected. The records are organized according to Riley Stoker's customer's name. 4. I have investigated the business records of Riley Stoker to determine whether Riley Stoker designed, manufactured and erected any boilers at the Bush Terminal in Brooklyn, New York. 5. No Riley Stoker business records were found concerning boilers at the site identified in paragraph 4. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYS NOT.
