NON-ASBESTOS GASKETS
Representatives of the Kevlar development group recently reviewed for us the commercial use of Kevlar In non-asbestos gas kets. Non-asbestos gaskets (manufacturer's list attached) are available in the same price range as asbestos. For occupational health reasons many plants expect to stock only non-asbestos gas kets and therefore potentially create a large market for Kevlar. To advance this marketing effort .in-service testing will be conduc ted, rather than obtaining information through distributors, manu facturers and others.
Are you interested in participating in the inplant testing? Specifics are not defined at this time and would be worked out'with each application. May we have your answer by September 18? If any questions, please call 774-8838.
