I, like you, have been somewhat remiss in responding after receiving your letter. The situation in which I have been involved in in Oklahoma has been through a hose manufacturing plant that has been emitting lead from its melting pot. We think that we are going to be able to settle this matter without a lawsuit. At least at the present time the company seems agreeable to this. We have accumulated a rather substantial amount of data and J the company has publicly admitted in the newspaper that it is polluting the atmosphere with lead.
