Public Meetings: EPA program offices held nearly a dozen public meetings in April and May. More than 200,000 stakeholders were independently invited by the program offices to participate. Program offices provided a list of rules mentioned at the meetings and identified those that may be appropriate for review.

Spring Semiannual Regulatory Agenda Announced more than 2 dozen "deregulatory" actions
For FY17, EPA finalized 16 "deregulatory" actions subject to President Trump's EO 13771. These actions produced an estimated net annualized cost savings of $70.69 million in 2017.
Currently working on the Fall Agenda (submissions due this week), as well as Regulatory Budget, per EO 13771.
