Good afternoon.
Per our conversation last evening, your front lock is currently set-up/programmed in a way that requires you to flash/hold the FOB in front of the lock mechanism when vacating so it locks behind you accordingly.
In regards to possibly re-programming your door so it locks automatically this will be assessed in full by JBGS' Head Engineer tomorrow, Friday, September 22nd.
I will follow-up with you tomorrow once more information is readily available.
