Either way, would you be uncomfortable with a title such as the following? I think there are already a few places within Interior where NHPA streamlining is under consideration in the context of regulatory reform and/or permit streamlining so I feel like there is enough spinning around to form a basis for the title but wanted to make sure there are no concerns.
