Hi Aurelia:
I am putting together a session for the American Exploration Mining Association's annual meeting in Spokane, WA on December 5 (Spokane in Dec, I know! ) and wondered if you might be willing to participate on a panel. Either way, would you be uncomfortable with a title such as the following? I think there are already a few places within Interior where NHPA streamlining is under consideration in the context of regulatory reform and/or permit streamlining so I feel like there is enough spinning around to form a basis for the title but wanted to make sure there are no concerns. If so, I'll just drop "the Administration's"
Title: National Historic Preservation Act; Update on the Administration's Efforts to Clarify NHPA Implementation
Please let me know
Thanks, Karen
Karen C. Bennett
