This is to inform you that the result of your vinyl chloride excursion sample on November 13, 1983 while disconnecting ship Prins Maurits was 15.7 PPM, which is above the ceiling of 5 PPM. While disconnecting load arm and vent, vinyl liquid was observed coming out of both. Breathing air was used. You may make arrangements with our medical department for a physical if you so desire.
