Industrial Hygiene Area Subiect Monitoring for Asbestos Exposure Potential - 511 Construction Gasket Shop Two personal and two area samples have been collected in the Construction Gasket Shop as a measure of airborne asbestos. By observation, it would appear that the degree of asbestos fibers becoming airborne at this location would be minimal. Sampling was performed while the gasket cutting machine and the cutting shears were being used as a check of each job task.
