We found the conversation to be useful and believe there are numerous opportunities for constructive engagement going forward, including external communications underlying major EPA policy initiatives and outreach to a range of key constituencies. Per the sidebar with Tom--there also are opportunities to work together on some not-so-obvious, but nonetheless important projects (e.g., avian habitat and vegetation management) that have great appeal to the average citizen. I want to reiterate that EEI and the investor-owned utilities collectively have both broad bandwidth and deep benches relative to policy and communications issues in EPA's extensive sphere of influence. We welcome the opportunity to continue working with your team and other agency colleagues on issues of mutual importance, so don't hesitate to reach out any time. Again, it was a pleasure meeting you and thanks again for your courtesy. Best, Quin Quinlan J. Shea, ill (Quin) Sierra Club v.
