FACILITY OVERVIEW AND INSPECTION OBJECTIVES Sinclair Gas Station , hereinafter referred to as Sinclair , is retail station located at 800 West Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80110 and sells gasoline and diesel fuel. Sinclair has 8 of pumps available to dispense gasoline. The retail station The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) selected Sinclair for inspection because it sells gasoline regulated under Title II of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate Sinclair 's compliance with the gasoline standards set forth at 40 C.F.R. Part 1090, Subpart C. II. INSPECTION ACTIVITIES The EPA arrived at Sinclair at 8:20 AM on June 1, 2024 . Inspectors presented their credentials upon arrival and explained the purpose of the inspection. The inspection team received permission to take gasoline samples.
