He subsequently returned to work, on October 30, 1983, On April 16, 1984 he suffered another chlorine gas inhalation. He was again treated by Dr. Ford and continues to be disabled to date. The most recent anticipated return to work date is provided on the doctor's slip dated September 6, 1984 which indicates the disability to continue for at least one year and probably indefinitely. On November 8, 1984 I requested Dr. Starr Ford for a update on the claimant's condition. He replied on December 11, 1984 indicating the claimant was still suffering from angina. As a result of that reply, X filed a motion with the Bureau, I requested additional information from Dr. Ford on December 21, 1984. His reply of December 28, 1984 suggests the angina condition is apparently more severe or disabling than his lung condition. The doctor stated the pulmonary function test of June 1984 was normal, but he experiences angina if he walks for as little as 10 or 20 minutes. Dr, Ford suggests the angina condition was probably aggravated by his industrial accident, however the claim has not been recognised for that condition.
