Dear D|K' Kehoe:
I wish to thank you for agreeing to review the records of our case of alleged lead intoxication. This incident of exposure occurred August 6, 1968. I have enclosed for your review copies of this man's urinary lead excretion levels, copies of our treatment records when we employed both I.V. and later pral Versenate, the sequential treatment records, copies of comments made by myself which I did not incorporate into the records, and copies of reports from the medical consultants who believe this man's symptomatology is due to lead intoxication
If after reviewing this material: you feel you have adequate information to give an opinion, fine! If not, feel free to call me at my above-listed extension.
Very truly yours,
W. E. Neeld, Jr., M.D. Director, Medical Div.
