OAK 141300 C 31408/SMBS No: Kaiser Shipyard 144.054 Dear Mr. King: Following up our letter of September 8, 1988, please be advised that this matter has been returned to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board's conference calendar for the afternoon of September 20, 1988, at 1:30 p.m. The conference notice indicated that discovery was to be completed before the conference; but, that is not going to be possible in light of the fact that the Board did not serve us with the minutes setting forth the specifics of the Order for Production until shortly before we sent them to you on September 8, 1988. We think the mix-up had to do with the fact that Sherwin-Williams was not listed as a defendant on the minutes; and, service may not have been sent to our office until someone was in the procees of preparing the notice of conference.
