Kim, Lunch with you would be the highlight of any day.
Jean Parrish volunteered to help keep me out of trouble. Poor thing, I'm a burdensome load to carry...but I really appreciate her help. Her phone is X7966.
I look forward to catching up with you.
Take care.
Jim

Hey Jim, I would love to have lunch! I'll give you some time to get settled and then reach out. Do you have an assistant I should work with? Hang in! K

Kim, Thanks for your kind words. I've really enjoyed working with Harry.
If I'm fortunate enough to visit with you, I'm sure it will be the highlight of my week. After the dust settles around here, I'd like to grab lunch with you too, just to catch up.
Take care.

Hi Jim, I've heard you are back at Interior with the new Administration. I was hoping that would happen! Sounds like things are quite active. I keep in touch with Harry Humbert and he mentioned you guys have been engaged in the border and wall issue. I told Harry I really enjoyed working for you; you're the one person who made the bureaus actually do what the Department said and tow the line! The Dept lost its ability to do that over time and that was very frustrating.
Harry will do a great job for you; I was able to hire him into my position just before I retired.
He's a true law enforcement professional and managed his way through many critical events this past year. He's one to trust and look to for advice and counsel should you need it.
I talked to Harry about some of the issues regarding the first wall that was built under the Secure Fence Act in 2006 and gave him some insight into what we did to make it happen. I know he and Jon Andrew will support you as things move forward on the project.
I hope you are well. If I can ever be of assistance, don't hesitate to let me know. Harry and I are going to get together for lunch, hopefully next week. If you're in, maybe I can stop by and say Hi.
Best, Kim
