Regulation 61 - meeting with our internal team planned for this Thursday and plan to get comments back to you by the end of this week.
Did you receive the presentation slides I sent on 07/07/2023? had an issue receiving and I resent last week. We removed some slides due to confidentiality but if there is anything specific you need, please let us know.
In response to your questions following the visit: We will review and mark up drainage plans and will send these across to you. We have not completed any PFAS monitoring at W2 Hillylaid Pools / W3 Royles Brook. o Not 100% sure how we could sample W2. Understand that Hillylaid Pools is culverted and not accessible, but we will review this as part of the drainage plans and see if access would be available via any manholes on the Hill House site. There might also be public access to Hillylaid Pools downstream (off site) closer to the River Wyre. o For W3 sampling would be possible upstream of our discharge point. o I'll try and get some photos of these locations for you and send across with the drainage plans. Photos - I have shared a link with you to access these. Link will be valid for ~ 1 month, please download photos you require/let me know if you need any other reminders.

Hi Hope you are well. I wondered when you expect to have any views/ feedback on the reg 61 ready for discussion. I am keen to keep this progressing and issue the notice by the end of this quarter. Have you had chance to look at the questions I sent over after the site visit:
Could you provide clarificaon on what secons of the site drain to W2 and W3? Would it be possible to supply drainage plans for the site?
